Research
For me, working in an evidence-based way means not only applying research but also advancing it myself. As a work and organizational psychologist with a doctorate, I research feedback, leadership, listening at work and sustainable career development. My work has been published in international journals and has been cited around 500 times so far (Google Scholar, as of September 2026).
